Q: Where is my order confirmation?
A: Once you have placed an order, you should receive an email confirmation to the email address you provided. If, for some reason, you did not receive this email, please check your spam folder before contacting our customer service team careline@stingraygroup.com.my
Q: What happens if no one's in when my parcel's being delivered?

Q: I have received a faulty item, what do I do?
A: Please contact us immediately.
To speed up the process, please attach photos and inform us of your order number. We will try to resolve any issue with faulty items as quickly as possible. Do NOT send the item back before you have received a go ahead from us.
If you unfortunately receive a faulty item you can return the item to:Stingray Sport Equipment (M) Sdn Bhd. No 17, Jalan Eko Perniagaan 2/9,Taman Eko Perniagaan, 81100 Johor. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
