- Reporting to retail manager and take responsibilities to ensure is completed. - To execute general administrator task. - To update incoming & outgoing stocks in warehouse. - Assist to complete retail charge out paperwork. - Manage and organise paperwork and filling. -Assist to check and update stock data. - Support other general retail task activity.
Reporting to superior and retail manager. - Attend to customer inquiries and provide customer service in meeting customer expectations. - Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner. - Manage and monitor outlet stock level. - Price tagging and arrangements of stock. - Attend and manage retail sales, processing cash and card payment ( cashiering ). - Ensure retail outlet clean and tidy. - Assist in stock takes and other events. - Support other general retail activity. - Able to work on shift, weekend and public holiday
